1. Digital Products – Digital Magazine

All digital products are final sale and non-refundable.

Once the digital magazine has been delivered or access has been granted, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted, as this is instant-access digital content.

2. Pre-Order – Digital Magazine

We currently offer a pre-order for the digital magazine under the following conditions:

– The pre-order will be available until April 15, 2026.

– Digital deliveries will begin on May 1, 2026.

Important pre-order conditions:

– By placing a pre-order, the customer agrees that the product will be delivered on the indicated date.

– Pre-order purchases are non-refundable, except where required by law.

– Cancellations are not accepted once the pre-order purchase has been completed.

3. Printed Magazine

Our printed magazine is a physical editorial product produced under high quality standards.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

– Change of mind

– Personal preferences

– Customer ordering mistakes

We only offer replacement or refund in the following cases:

– The product arrived damaged

– There is a printing error

– You received the wrong product

4. Availability of the Printed Magazine on External Stores

Starting May 1, 2026, the printed magazine will be available for purchase through external online stores such as Amazon and Walmart.

Important:

Purchases made directly through Amazon, Walmart, or other external platforms are subject to the return and refund policies of those platforms and not to World Cup Magazine policies.

5. Merchandise Products (T-Shirts, Mugs, Posters, etc.)

All merchandise products are made to order.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

– Incorrect size selection

– Color or design preference

– Buyer’s remorse

We do offer replacement or refund if:

– The product has manufacturing defects

– The print is incorrect

– The product arrived damaged

– You received an item different from what you ordered

6. Contest Participation – World Cup Magazine 2026 – Contest

With the purchase of our magazines (digital or printed), the customer automatically participates in the contest:

“World Cup Magazine 2026 – Contest – Your passion for football now has rewards”, subject to its terms and conditions.

Important:

If a refund is approved for any reason, participation in the contest will be automatically canceled, without exception.

It will not be possible to remain in the contest if the purchase has been fully or partially refunded.

7. How to Report an Issue

If your order has any issues, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery by writing to:

Include:

– Order number

– Clear description of the issue

– Photos showing the problem

Our team will review your case and respond as soon as possible.

8. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a refund is approved, it will apply only to the product price.

9. Legal Exceptions

This policy applies except where prohibited by law.

1. Participation and Eligibility

1.1. All people who purchase World Cup Magazine, in the digital or printed version, may participate in this promotion.

1.2. This contest is valid only in the United States, Mexico, and Canada.

1.3. Participation is individual, and all people over 18 years of age may participate.

1.4. Employees of AMG Editions Group LLC, its associated agencies, and immediate family members of these employees are not eligible to participate.

2. Contest Prizes

 In this contest, 50 prizes will be raffled, and each participant will have the option to win only one. The selected prizes were distributed in five categories:

 1st Prize: Win One of five (5) iPhone 17 Pro Max devices. (Unit color may vary by availability.)

 2nd Prize: Win One of Five (5) Argentina ’26 – Home Messi Authentic Jersey.

 3rd Prize: Win One of five (5) Trionda Pro Authentic Match Ball – FIFA World Cup 2026

 4th Prize: Wine One of ten (10) T-shirts featuring an original design from the 2026 World Cup.

 5th Prize: Win One of twenty-five (25) Amazon Gift Cards, distributed as follows: 7 cards of $100 (each) / 4 cards of $50 (each) / 14 cards of $25 (each).

3. Validity of the Promotion

3.1. The Entry Period will automatically end on July 13, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. (U.S. Mountain Time).

3.2. Purchases made after that time will not be eligible to participate in the prize draw.

4. Procedure for Participating

4.1. Upon purchasing World Cup Magazine in either digital or print format, the participant will receive a purchase receipt that will serve as proof of purchase for the issuance of the ticket that will entitle them to participate in the prize draw. This ticket will be placed in the raffle drum (rotating container) used to hold all the tickets eligible for the World Cup Magazine contest prizes.

To create the ticket, the participant must send a copy of the magazine purchase receipt (digital or print) via email to the company: amgeditionsgroup@gmail.com 

5. Prize Draw

5.1. The draw will be held in the city of Salt Lake City, Utah / USA, on July 17, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. (US Mountain Time).

5.2. The media (press, radio, and television) will be invited to the drawing of lots to ensure the transparency of the process.

5.3. The draw will be broadcast live via Facebook Live on the official World Cup Magazine page.

6. Announcement of Winners

6.1. The winners will be announced during the live broadcast of the draw.

6.2. In addition, each winner will be contacted by phone call and email using the details provided during purchase.

7. Claiming Prizes

7.1. Each winner will have a period of 14 days to claim their prize. The prize claim deadline is July 31, 2026, at 11:59 pm (US Mountain Time). The winner who does not claim their prize within the established time will not be entitled to any type of claim because the prize will be declared void.

7.2. To claim the prize, each winner must send a legible photo of his/her official identification document (ID or passport) to the email: amgeditionsgroup@gmail.com

7.3. The winner must confirm his/her exact address of delivery of the prize; any error in the information provided releases AMG Editions Group LLC from liability for the loss or misplacement of the prize sent.

8. Award Ceremony

8.1. The delivery of the prizes will start on July 23, 2026.

8.2. The prizes will be sent directly to the address provided by each winner through the use of the services of FedEx (USA) with insured shipping.

8.3. AMG Editions Group LLC is not liable for any loss, damage, or delays caused by the company to which the awards are awarded.

9. General Conditions

9.1. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.

9.2. AMG Editions Group LLC reserves the right to void the participation of any person who attempts to tamper with payment vouchers, provide false information, or breach these Terms and Conditions.

9.3. By participating, the buyer fully and completely accepts these Terms and Conditions as well as any decision of AMG Editions Group LLC regarding the contest.
